Bob Cleveland

CEO

Bob Cleveland is the CEO of Rebuilding Together Southern Nevada (RTSNV), a non-profit affiliate organization that that provides free home repair and accessibility modifications for low-income homeowners, particularly seniors, veterans, multigenerational families and disabled homeowners.

An 21-year veteran of the building and construction industry, Cleveland has extensive experience in residential and corporate development to include, environmental remediation, quality assurance and budget management.

Prior to RTSNV, Cleveland served as Renovation Contractor, where he managed property purchasing, budgets and construction subcontractors for home renovations. In 2009, Cleveland served as Closing Inspector for City Center-Residential, leading the quality assurance process for 442 units that generated $378 million in revenue for the property. In 2004, he served as Construction Service Manager for Lennar Homes, where he supervised home repairs, warranty and remediation for 3000 homes in northwest Las Vegas.

Bob completed a Radiography program at New Mexico State University in 1993 and received his B.S. in Business Management with honors from University of Phoenix in 2005. In 2021 he received an Executive Certificate from University of Southern California in Home Modifications from their School of Gerontology. Bob comes from a military family.

Diana Stephens

Operations Manager

Diana Armstrong Stephens serves as RTSNV’s Operations Manager, responsible for planning and coordination of the organization’s day-to-day operations. In this position, she finds ways to make RTSNV more productive by creating effective methods for its business operations. Diana’s role also includes: coordinating program budgets; facilitating programs and meetings; inventory control; and handling logistics.

A great communicator, with strong leadership skills and an aptitude for quick and efficient problem solving, Diana has a diverse background and extensive experience, which includes casino operations and office management positions for various mailing service companies throughout Las Vegas. She owned and operated a copy center/mail service in the downtown area for many years.

Diana is a proud native-born Nevadan and a graduate of UNLV with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and has accumulated credits toward a Master’s Degree. Diana is a veteran's spouse.


Ann Velier

Program Manager

Ann Velier serves as Rebuilding Together Southern Nevada’s (RTSNV) Program Manager. In her position, she is responsible for prospective client evaluations and needs assessments to ensure that each client meets the qualification for repairs and ensures that their expectations are met throughout the renovation project.

With more than 12 years at RTSNV and 25 years of engineering firm administrative experience, Ann’s day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring timelines and progress and all project specific issues that arise during each renovation. In addition to screening prospective clients, Ann also requests bids from contractors and ensures that renovations occur according to schedule and within budgetary guidelines, without sacrificing quality. Ann was a military spouse.

Marie Arsenault

Finance Manager

Marie Arsenault serves as the RTSNV’s Finance Manager and is responsible for managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Her largest contribution is in the creating, maintaining, and submitting reports for grants from several municipalities and other private organizations. In other words, her role is to keep the organization funded. Marie is a proud Native Bostonian and has 36-years of experience in the nonprofit sector.

While still in high school, Marie started her career as a direct care staff with intellectually disabled adults. Over the years she has worked for a number of agencies and today works the Finance Manager for Rebuilding Together Southern Nevada. Marie is a military spouse who has lived in many states and overseas in Portugal during her husband's active military service. Thankfully for us, they relocated to Las Vegas in 2001 and her husband retired from the Air Force in 2005. They now call Las Vegas home but hope to someday move back to Beantown.


Rick Curtis

Director of Programs

Rick Curtis serves as a Director of Programs. Rick has a varied background with experience in construction, health care business consulting, web development, database development, and in IT as a Network Technician. As a native Las Vegan, Rick has roots in this area and has seen first-hand the good that Rebuilding Together Southern Nevada has done. Rick earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from Northwestern Health Sciences University. Rick has also been working toward a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Oregon State University. In 2022, Rick received an Executive Certificate from University of Southern California in Home Modifications from their School of Gerontology. Rick comes from a military family.

Dana Emery

Project Inspector

Dana Emery has an extensive background in roofing in particular and construction in general. Dana previously owned and operated his own business as a roofing contractor and has worked for several large homebuilders in the Las Vegas Valley. Dana is an Army veteran.


Robert Foust

Project Repair Specialist

Robert serves as a Project Repair Specialist in our Safe at Home program. Robert has extensive skills in general construction and repair. Rob is an Army veteran.

Candace Young-Richey

Grant Writer

After founding and serving as the first executive director of a Wyoming family crisis center, Candace's professional focus grew to include “safety-net” services for all at-risk and vulnerable populations. Since moving to Las Vegas twenty-nine (29) years ago, she has worked with government agencies and nonprofit organizations to help establish, nurture, grow, and sustain Nevada’s human services systems. Candace holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW). Candace is a veteran's spouse, several other family members serve(ed) in the armed forces, and she was appointed to, and served three (3) years on, the U.S. Department of Defense Advisory Committee on Women in the Services (DACOWITS).


Evelyn Salinas

Client Services Associate

Evelyn serves as the main point of contact for RTSNV’s clients, assisting clients through the application process, and providing updates on application status throughout the completion of repairs. Originally born in El Salvador, Central America, she emigrated to the USA at age six. Raised in California, received a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Behavioral Science, and an emphasis in Sociology. She dedicated herself to raise her two young boys whom are now UNLV graduates. She is fluent in English and Spanish. She moved to Las Vegas in 2013, ready to return to the workforce. She has had the opportunity to work for Amazon where she served as an ambassador providing peer mentorship, associate development, and delegated tasks to reach the daily productivity goals. Over the next seven years she has worked on developing her customer service skills. Taking on a variety of roles that helped nurture the necessary skills needed to communicate effectively with individuals from all walks of life.
